We care about our customers and want you to be 100% satisfied with your decision to have your signs made by our company. Our design tools make it easy for you to create your own custom sign.  You can upload your own image or use one of our designs.

Ordering custom signs online is the fastest and easiest way to get what you want. Your experience should be hassle and stress free. If we don’t seem to offer something, please tell us and we will do our best to provide it. No more driving to a sign shop. This way is simple and easy and can be done from your home or office.

 Shipping Policies

• Standard shipping via FedEx ground is FREE on all orders over $100.00 that are shipping to the contiguous United States. Expedited Shipping options are not free. Subject to change.
• Processing time is the number of business days required to produce and package your order. (This excludes weekends and holidays)
• Shipping time is the number of Business days in transit by FedEx after the package has been picked up from our facility. (The day the package is picked up is NOT counted in the number of days).
• The processing time plus the shipping time (in business days) is the total amount of time it will take for your order to arrive.

Shipping Options (U.S. Only)

Additional signs or other products will increase the shipping cost. Actual shipping costs depend on the number and size of signs or other products in your order. Your shopping cart will show an estimate of your shipping cost based on the signs or products you're ordering.

Production Time + Shipping Time = Total Time for Delivery

Our signs are made within 24 hours of the time they're ordered (excluding Saturday & Sunday). If for some reason there is a delay in creating your sign, we will attempt to contact you immediately. We ship via FedEx. Standard Shipping will take up to 6 business days. FedEx Saver Shipping takes up to 4 business days depending on the distance. Delivery times are in addition to production time.

Keep in mind BuildSignsOnline LLC is closed on Saturday-Sunday and holidays.  We may not be able to assist you over the weekend if there is a problem.

Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will be emailed your tracking number. You can track FedEx shipments at www.fedex.com.
